Refund Policy.

1. The Short Version

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so purchases are generally non-refundable — but we protect you three ways: free samples before you buy, a free replacement guarantee for outdated records, and full refunds where we are at fault (duplicate payment or non-delivery).

2. Try Before You Buy

Every database offers a free sample and every software product offers a free demo. Please evaluate these first — they show exactly what you'll receive.

3. Replacement Guarantee (Data Products)

• If verified records in your purchased dataset are found to be outdated or invalid, we replace them free of cost.
• Raise a replacement request within 7 days of delivery with examples of the affected records.
• Replacements are typically delivered within 3 business days.

4. When Full Refunds Apply

• Duplicate payment for the same order — the extra payment is refunded in full.
• Non-delivery — if we fail to deliver your product within 48 hours of a confirmed order and cannot resolve it.
• Wrong product delivered and a correct replacement is not possible.

5. When Refunds Do Not Apply

• Change of mind after successful delivery of a digital dataset.
• Expectations beyond the published product description or sample.
• Issues caused by your own tools, campaigns or misuse of the data.

6. Software Subscriptions

Software plans can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future billing and access continues until the end of the paid period. Setup/implementation fees are non-refundable once onboarding has begun.

7. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email support@gstdataprovider.com with your order details and the issue. We review within 2 business days; approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
