1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing gstdataprovider.com (the "Website") or purchasing any of our products — including GST/B2B databases, CRM software, Billing & POS software and Gold Jewellery ERP (together, the "Products") — you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Products.

2. What We Provide

We supply business information datasets compiled from publicly available sources (including GST registration information) and business software solutions offered on a licence/subscription basis. Product descriptions, record counts and coverage are indicative and refreshed periodically.

3. Permitted Use of Data Products

• Datasets are licensed to you for your own business use — lead generation, market research and outreach.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share purchased datasets with third parties.
• You are solely responsible for using the data in compliance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and TRAI regulations on commercial communication.

4. Software Licences

Software is provided on a subscription or licence basis as described at purchase. Licences are per business entity unless agreed otherwise, are non-transferable, and remain our intellectual property. We may update software features from time to time.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. An order is confirmed once payment is received. GST invoices are issued for all purchases.

6. Delivery

Data products are delivered digitally (download link and/or email) — normally instantly, and within 24 hours for custom extracts. Software access details are shared after onboarding.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

We work to maintain high accuracy, but business information changes constantly. Datasets are provided "as is" without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Our replacement guarantee (see the Refund Policy) is the exclusive remedy for outdated records.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website, its design, our software and the compilation of our datasets are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any Product or the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including misuse of data or software. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, liability, permitted use) survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
